Several solutions in one file
The performance solution (Eco, Stage 1 or Stage 2) is charged at the full price. Every further solution in the same file costs less:
1st add-on −50 % · 2nd and 3rd add-on −75 %
Without a performance solution, the first solution in the file counts as the full-price item.
Included in every file
- Checksum-corrected and ready to flash
- Developed for the exact ECU and software version of your read
- Justified complaint within 7 days: up to three rework attempts – if that fails, a replacement file or your credits back
- If we decline a request, debited credits are re-credited
- Business hours Mon–Fri 8:00–18:00, Sat 8:00–12:00 (CET/CEST)
How billing works
- Credits prepaid in the dealer portal – 1 credit = €1 net
- Or pay per order by PayPal or card (via Stripe); by invoice once approved (14 days net)
- Net prices plus VAT; businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID: reverse charge
- Credits only expire after 24 months without account use – with 60 days’ notice by e-mail
- Re-tune after a manufacturer update: 50 % of the current price within 24 months (same machine, same solutions)
Guide prices per file, as of October 2026. New ECU developments, locked ECUs, Stage 3, re-tunes with slave tools and special requests are quoted individually. Binding are the prices in the dealer portal at the time of the request and our Fileservice terms.
