One release matters for truck and off-highway workshops this week: Autotuner has opened the TRW controllers behind Volvo’s and Renault’s Euro 6 trucks and Volvo Penta’s industrial engines. Left out on purpose: a Bosch MED17.4 petrol release, the MyFlasher 2.8.0 software update, Delphi DCM7.1AP/DCM7.24 for pickups and light trucks on the Chinese market, and KESS3 3.64 to 3.66 for Jaguar Land Rover, Yamaha and Honda.
TRW EMS2.3 / EMS2.4 – Autotuner, bench
Euro 6 trucks first: Volvo FH and FM of the new generation and the FMX, all with the D13K, and Renault Trucks T, C, K and D with the DTI11 and DTI13. The same controllers run Volvo Penta industrial engines, and the release note names the Agrifac Condor (7.7 l), the Albach Diamant 2000 (16.1 l), the HSM 208 F forwarder (7.7 l) and machines from MTS Sandei, Siloking, Arjes (Impaktor) and RMH. Calibration read in about 10 minutes, write in about 2, checksum correction and backup included; the ATUBC130 bench cable is required. The update also adds data logging for boost, torque, fuel delivery and injection timing. Release note →
Files for these platforms: send us the machine, the engine and the software version. Original file supply, DTC logic and Stage 1 as usual. A job we have done on this ECU: Albach Diamant 2000. More on both tools: Autotuner on off-highway machinery · Alientech KESS3 on off-highway machinery.
