Do you deliver files during Australian business hours?
Automatic files: yes, 24/7. Engineer-reviewed files: within 1 hour from 3 pm to 3 am AEST Monday to Friday and 3 – 9 pm on Saturday (4 pm – 4 am / 4 – 10 pm AEDT). Anything submitted earlier is first in the queue at 3 pm.
Which tools can I use?
Autotuner, Alientech KESS3, Dimsport (New Genius / Genius), CMD. Slave tools are linked to our master; you keep ownership of your tool and your customers.
How are prices charged?
In credits, 1 credit = EUR 1 net, bought as packs in the portal or paid per order by PayPal or card. AUD on this page is a guide at today's ECB rate; the final amount is shown at checkout.
Is GST charged?
We are an Austrian company supplying business customers. The current tax treatment is stated at checkout and on your invoice.
What if a file doesn't work as expected?
Report it within 7 days; we supply a replacement file or rework it up to three times. If it still doesn't fit, you get the credits back.
Can I buy hardware from you?
Yes – Autotuner and KESS3 starter sets and cables ship to Australia from our Byte Pin shop.
Are emission-related solutions legal in Australia?
Rules differ by machine type, registration status and state. Our files for these solutions are supplied for off-road, competition and export use; you are responsible for compliance at the place of use. We describe every solution technically and never market it as a way around regulations.
Do you work with end customers?
No. Byte Performance supplies files to businesses only – workshops, mobile tuners and contractors. Farmers who contact us are referred to a listed agent.
