The situation
The MD1 generation is the current Bosch platform in CNH, Deutz, Valtra and many other machines – encrypted, with its own checksum logic, and a hurdle for many file providers. This 250 CVX belongs to a farm with heavy soils. The owner wanted more torque for tillage and an end to AdBlue-related warnings.
What we did
We have been working with the MD1CE101 since it appeared in the FPT engines and have our own, tested solutions for it. For this Puma we developed a Stage 1 file and handled the SCR/AdBlue system in software.
- Stage 1: more torque and power across the working range, within the limits of the NEF 6.7 and the CVX transmission.
- AdBlue/SCR: full software solution – dosing, monitoring, inducement and DTCs handled.
- Individually developed for this software version, checksum corrected, ready to flash.
The result
Better pull in heavy soil, lower consumption per hectare, no more after-treatment interruptions. MD1CE101 solutions are available for a wide range of CNH, Steyr and FPT-powered machines.
